Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer core HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and personnel records
- Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure data integrity and confidentiality
- Support payroll, benefits administration, and coordination with external vendors
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are consistently applied and compliant with labor laws and company standards
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and processes in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in audits, reporting, and preparation of HR metrics and dashboards
- Support performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives
- Partner with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to improve HR processes and employee experience
- Document HR procedures and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 24 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices
- Experience with HRIS platforms and MS Excel or similar tools
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting payroll and benefits administration
- Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) is a plus
