Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Offer Letter Management
  • Prepare, issue, and manage offer letters and joining documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of offer letters released and track candidate acceptance.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure smooth onboarding timelines.
2. Background Verification (BGV)
  • Initiate and manage background verification for new hires.
  • Coordinate with external BGV vendors to ensure timely verification completion.
  • Verify academic qualifications, employment history, identity documents, and references.
  • Track BGV status and maintain verification reports.
  • Escalate discrepancies or negative reports to the concerned HR stakeholders.
3. Pre-Onboarding & Employee Onboarding
  • Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed before the employee joining date.
  • Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new joiners.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and onboarding documentation.
4. Vendor Management
  • Coordinate with external vendors for background verification and other HR services.
  • Manage vendor communications and ensure service delivery as per agreed timelines.
  • Maintain vendor records and monitor service quality.
5. Administrative & Operational Support
  • Handle HR administrative tasks and maintain operational documentation.
  • Follow up with vendors and internal teams for payments and invoice processing.
  • Generate invoices and maintain records for vendor services.
