At our Head Office, we are looking for an HR Operations Executive who will support day-to-day HR processes and help ensure smooth HR operations across the organization.

Role Overview:

You will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the operational backbone of HR. You will oversee end-to-end HR processes, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and a seamless employee experience from onboarding to exit. You will collaborate closely with hiring teams, HR leadership, and functional stakeholders to drive HR efficiency, data integrity, and business alignment.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Lifecycle Management


  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases regularly.


2. HR Administration


  • Maintain employee files, documentation, and HR records.
  • Handle HR documentation such as confirmation letters, experience letters, and other employee-related requests.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and internal processes.


3. HR Operations Support

  • Coordinate with different departments for employee-related processes.
  • Support HR audits and maintain documentation for compliance.
  • Assist in payroll inputs and employee attendance coordination.

4. Employee Queries & Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
  • Support employees with policies, documentation, and HR processes.

5. Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain HRMIS / HR systems and update employee data.
  • Prepare HR reports related to headcount, attrition, and employee records.
