Idiotic Media is a fast-growing creative and digital agency driven by innovation, collaboration, and a people-first culture. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations to manage end-to-end HR operational processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing , ensuring accuracy, timelines, and compliance.
• Handle Zoho People administration , including employee data management, workflows, and reports.
• Oversee attendance tracking and regularisation , leave management, and shift records.
• Execute seamless onboarding and offboarding processes , including documentation and system access.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee documentation (physical and digital records).
• Manage Full & Final settlements (FNF) , ensuring timely closure and coordination with finance.
• Ensure adherence to HR compliances , statutory requirements, and internal policies.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations and policies.
• Support audits and internal HR reporting as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in HR Operations .
• Strong experience with payroll management and HRMS tools (Zoho People preferred).
• Sound knowledge of HR compliances and statutory processes .
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced agency environment.
