Position Description: HR Ops Specialist
At Clicktech, HROps Specialist supports implementation and administration of process supporting talent acquisition, rewards & recognition, policies , HRMS, documentation and managing related vendor relation. Job Description Roles & Responsibilities
Onboarding of New Hires: Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience by coordinating all necessary documentation, orientation sessions, and system setups.
Background Checks: Monitor progress of employee background checks, including running regular audits to ensure background check turnaround time is within timelines. Employment Document Management: Draft, review, and distribute offer letters, appointment letter, BGV Verification and other related statutory documents to prospective and current employees. Employee Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs; including enrollments, changes, and terminations, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Termination Processes: Handle all aspects of employee terminations, including exit interviews, final settlements, and necessary documentation, ensuring a smooth off-boarding process. Day-to-day HR Operations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, resolving concerns related to policies, payroll, and benefits. Oversee HR analytics, tracking key metrics like attrition, attendance, and engagement to inform decision-making.
HRMS: Maintain HRMS, ensuring proper documentation and data integrity.
Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships for BGV, Insurance , Meal card, benefits administration, and compliance partners, etc.

Masters degree

Tool usage experience HRMS, Adobe,
