We are looking to hire a Human Resources Operations Specialist to support end to end HR operations, administrative coordination, and procurement activities in Chennai. This role suits someone with solid experience in HR operations and vendor coordination, who can independently manage execution.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting end-to-end hiring activities including interview coordination, documentation, and offer process support
• HR operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, employee records, exits, HR documentation)
• Day-to-day administrative and office operations support
• Procurement coordination including vendor management, invoices, trackers, and procurement of marketing materials
• Coordination with Finance, IT, Marketing, and service vendors
• Supporting compliance documentation and internal audits

What Were Looking For

• 58 years of experience in HR operations / HR administration
• Hands-on experience in hiring coordination
• Strong exposure to administrative and procurement-related work
• Experience supporting non-India entities (Singapore / APAC / global teams) is a plus
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resource Management
