Role Overview

We are looking to hire an experienced HR Operations Manager who will be responsible for building and strengthening HR systems, processes, and policies across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in financial services or professional services environments and must have previously led the development and implementation of HR frameworks that support business growth and operational excellence.

This role requires a hands-on professional with strong expertise in policy formulation and implementation, performance management systems, career path mapping, employee lifecycle management, and leadership reporting.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, performance management, career development, engagement, and exit processes.
  • Design, frame, and implement HR policies, systems, and governance frameworks aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and manage performance management frameworks, including goal setting, performance reviews, tracking mechanisms, and performance analytics.
  • Create and institutionalize career path mapping and progression frameworks to support employee development, retention, and succession planning.
  • Establish robust HR MIS, dashboards, and reporting structures to provide meaningful insights to senior leadership and support data-driven decision making.
  • Monitor and drive policy implementation and adherence across the organization, ensuring consistency and operational discipline.
  • Partner closely with leadership to support organizational planning, workforce management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle management, ensuring seamless coordination between HR operations, payroll, compliance, and benefits administration.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency, employee experience, and operational effectiveness.

    • Strong experience in HR operations, systems design, and policy implementation.
    • Proven expertise in performance management systems and performance tracking frameworks.
    • Experience in career path mapping, talent development frameworks, and succession planning.
    • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, including HR MIS and leadership dashboards.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly with senior leadership.
    • High attention to detail with strong process orientation and governance mindset.


  • Qualifications & Experience

    • 10+ years of experience in HR operations or HR governance roles.
    • Prior experience in financial services, consulting, or professional services organizations is strongly preferred.
    • Demonstrated experience in framing HR policies, systems, and operational frameworks.
    • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.
