Job Description

We at #Ambuja Neotia are looking for a detail-oriented individual wholl be responsible for end-to-end execution of HR operational processes, including payroll, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, HR systems (SAP & Darwinbox), MIS reporting, and audit support. The role ensures process accuracy, compliance, and smooth coordination with internal stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

HR Systems & Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage complete employee lifecycle in SAP & Darwinbox onboarding, master data management, transfers, deputation, contract renewals, separations, and exits.
  • Maintain accurate employee records including UAN, EPF, ESI, PAN, bank details, tax regime, and salary revisions.

Payroll & Reimbursements

  • Execute monthly payroll processing, validate salary inputs, allowances, and deductions.
  • Generate payroll postings and coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement.
  • Verify and process employee reimbursements as per policy and eligibility.

Full & Final Settlement

  • Handle end-to-end F&F settlements, including no-dues, exit formalities, final pay calculations, tax adjustments, and coordination with Accounts for payment.

Income Tax & Compliance

  • Collect investment declarations, compute TDS, and support quarterly and annual TDS filings (Form 24Q) & Issue Form-16 and ensure compliance with statutory timelines.

HR Documentation & Audit

  • Issue employee letters (appointment, confirmation, transfer, extension, release, service certificates).
  • Prepare HR data for internal and external audits including headcount, salary registers, and statutory records.

MIS & Reporting

  • Prepare HR MIS reports related to manpower, CTC, transfers, separations, reimbursements, and manpower cost.
