Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer located in Pune. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering employee relations, and ensuring a positive workplace environment. Additional day-to-day tasks include creating and maintaining job descriptions, overseeing talent acquisition processes, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes, HR Management, and Employee Relations
• Experience in the Manufacturing Industry.
• Experience in the development and implementation of HR Policies
• Strong skills in Job Description Development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in India is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in an HR-related role is advantageous
