Human Resources Manager-(USA TRAVEL BACKGROUND)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager (USA Travel Background) located in Noida. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR strategy. The role involves coordinating with various teams, implementing HR policies, ensuring adherence to HR practices, and supporting the organization's overall strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
• Strong knowledge of policies and procedures related to Compliance, Labor Laws, and Employee Regulations
• Proficiency in Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Training & Development
• Effective Communication, Interpersonal Skills, and Leadership abilities
• Experience or exposure to USA-based HR processes and practices is preferred
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other relevant field
• Familiarity with HR software and tools is advantageous
