HR MANAGER BIOTECH SECTOR

Biotech Desk Pvt. Ltd. and Gene to Protein Pvt. Ltd., rapidly growing biotechnology companies based in Hyderabad, are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and strengthen the human resources function across both organizations.

This role offers an opportunity to build strong HR systems and contribute to the growth of companies working in the field of molecular biology, oligonucleotide synthesis, and life science services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for scientific, technical, and administrative roles
• Develop and implement HR policies, performance management systems, and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including PF, PT, and other labor laws
• Oversee employee onboarding, confirmations, documentation, and HR records
• Maintaining the leave records of the employees
• Coordinate payroll processes and compensation structures
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management
• Support leadership in organizational development and workforce planning

Qualifications & Experience:

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline
• Degree/Post graduate degree in Biotechnology/Life Sciences ( Preferable)
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably in biotech, pharmaceutical, or research organizations
• Strong understanding of HR compliance, payroll practices, and labor regulations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage HR operations across multiple business units
