As we continue to grow, were looking for an HR Manager who can bring structure, culture, and people-first thinking to our expanding team.

What Youll Do

1. Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
2. Manage HR policies, payroll, compliance, and performance evaluations.
3. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through training, development, and conflict resolution.
4. Collaborate closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with company goals and long-term strategy.
5. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal processes.
6. Lead efforts to strengthen retention, motivation, and team well-being through innovative HR practices.

What Were Looking For

1. Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role.
2. Strong understanding of HR best practices, Indian labor laws, and compliance processes.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
4. Empathetic leader with the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
5. A proactive mindset and passion for building culture in a creative, fast-paced environment.
