About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager to oversee and streamline our recruitment and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership of end-to-end hiring processes, and ensures a seamless experience for both candidates and new employees. You will work closely with leadership.

Location

• On-site in Noida, UP.

Start Timeline

• Ideally filled within the next 8 weeks (ASAP).

Key Responsibilities

• Post job ads and manage candidate applications across platforms.
• Communicate with candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Assist in onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Compensation

• Salary: 12 -18 LPA
• Reviews: Salary reviewed and adjusted every 6 months.
