Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee talent acquisition & workforce planning, employee engagement & culture building, performance management & development initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include creating HR policy creation, managing employee relations, performance appraisals, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role also involves compliance with labor laws, compensation management, and collaboration with leadership to support organizational development.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
• Strong skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
• Experience in training and development and implementing HR policies
• Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and compensation management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in HR software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
• Previous experience in HR roles, preferably in the architecture or construction industry, is a plus
