This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mumbai. The role involves managing recruitment processes, developing HR strategies aligned with company goals, overseeing employee relations, and implementing training and development programs. The HR Manager will also ensure compliance with labor regulations, handle performance management tasks, and foster a positive workplace culture.

• Strong expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition
• Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and maintaining workplace harmony
• Knowledge of compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and regulations
• Proficiency in developing and executing HR strategies and performance management processes
• Skills in HR data analysis, reporting, and decision-making
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus)
• Prior experience in a managerial HR role
