Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a reliable, organized and people-centric HR Manager who will take ownership of building and strengthening our HR systems across both business verticals UltraCare PRO and Zealmax Ortho.

This role is not just operational it is about creating structure, improving culture, and enabling business growth through strong people practices.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy & execution
• Drive smooth onboarding and employee lifecycle management
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and processes
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution & grievance handling
• Ensure proper attendance, leave & HRIS management
• Oversee performance management & appraisal systems
• Support leadership in team development & capability building
• Drive employee engagement & retention initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labour laws & HR best practices
• Manage compensation, benefits & fairness across roles
• Conduct exit interviews & ensure smooth offboarding
• Generate HR reports & insights for management decision-making
• Act as a strategic HR partner to leadership

We are looking for someone who brings stability, ownership and long-term commitment.

• Bachelors / Masters degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR with exposure to complete HR lifecycle
• Strong understanding of labour laws & HR frameworks
• Experience in building or improving HR systems & processes
• Excellent leadership, communication & decision-making skills
• Highly organized and process-driven personality
• Ability to manage teams and multiple priorities
