ABOUT THE JOB


We're Hiring: HR Manager - Bangalore

Role Type: Full-time

As we expand across cities, were looking for an HR Manager who understands ground reality, enjoys working closely with teams, and can help us build strong, respectful, and dependable people systems.


This is a hands-on role for someone who believes HR is about listening, clarity, and consistency not just policies.

What Youll Do:


Hiring & Onboarding

  • Coordinate hiring for outlet teams, kitchen staff, and support roles
  • Manage interview scheduling, documentation, and joining formalities
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, inductions, and first-week experiences
  • Maintain updated employee records and HR databases

People Operations

  • Manage attendance, leaves, shifts (in coordination with outlet managers)
  • Support payroll inputs, compliance, and monthly HR processes
  • Handle employee queries related to policies, leaves, salaries, and documentation
  • Ensure statutory and basic labour compliance is followed

Culture & Engagement

  • Act as a neutral point of contact for employee concerns
  • Support conflict resolution with empathy and fairness
  • Help reinforce company values on the ground
  • Assist in engagement initiatives, team check-ins, and feedback collection

Process & Systems

  • Help build and improve HR SOPs and simple people systems
  • Track attrition, hiring needs, and basic HR metrics
  • Support audits, documentation, and internal reporting


What Were Looking For:

  • 24 years of experience in HR (hospitality / QSR / retail preferred)
  • Comfortable working with frontline teams and outlet managers
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Organized, discreet, and reliable
  • Willingness to be hands-on and present on the ground
