Key Requirements:

MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory)

Proven experience as an HR Manager in the E-commerce domain

Strong understanding of recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations

Experience in talent acquisition, HR policies, and performance management

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Responsibilities

Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees

Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding

Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and compliance frameworks

Handle employee engagement, performance management, and grievance resolution

Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and employee documentation

Support leadership in organizational development and workforce planning

Ensure HR compliance with labor laws and company policies

Qualifications

• MBA in HR or relevant experience
• Experience in Ecommerce company
• 3+ years' experience in Human Resources
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
