Industry: IT Services (preferably niche/specialised technology environments)

Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end HR operations from talent acquisition to exit management

Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals

Build and strengthen performance management frameworks

Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives

Implement and streamline HR policies, compliance, and governance

Manage payroll coordination, compensation benchmarking & HR analytics

Support L&D initiatives aligned with business growth

Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and accountability

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Strong exposure to IT services / technology-driven environments

Proven experience managing HR independently in a growing organization

Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability

Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills

Experience working with small, high-performance teams

Familiarity with Kerala labor compliance and statutory processes
