Human Resources & Admin Executive

Space Crafter Studio Full-time Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (On-site)

About the role Were seeking a hands-on HR & Admin Executive to own end-to-end HR operations, ensure statutory compliance, and keep our workplace disciplined, organized, and aligned with management directives. Youll be the single point of contact for HR across a 4550 member team spanning production, admin, design, and sales.

What youll do

  • Employee lifecycle: Manage onboarding to exit, maintaining accurate HR files and documentation.
  • Attendance & payroll: Oversee attendance, leave, late coming, LOP, shift adherence; coordinate monthly payroll inputs with Accounts.
  • HR documentation: Issue appointment letters, notices, warnings, experience, relieving, and full & final settlement letters.
  • Grievance handling: Address employee queries professionally and escalate when needed; enforce policy adherence.
  • Statutory compliance: Coordinate PF, ESI, PT, and labour laws (directly or via consultant). Maintain statutory registers and records; ensure MSME-related HR compliance.
  • Administration: Manage office administration, vendor coordination, facilities, stationery, housekeeping, security, and office supplies. Maintain admin asset/inventory records; ensure safety and discipline in production and office areas.
  • Recruitment: Coordinate manpower needs with department heads; run screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding. Maintain manpower and attrition trackers.
  • Reporting: Serve as HR SPOC; share timely HR reports and updates with management; uphold confidentiality.

What youll bring

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written), problem-solving, and time management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as a team player.
  • High integrity and ownership mindset.

Work setup

  • Timings: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
  • On-site everyday (no remote).
  • Reports to Director & Managing Director.
