Role OverviewThe HR Manager will be responsible for driving core HR functions with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition, Employee Onboarding, Employee Engagement, and People Leadership . The role will also support Vendor Management, HR Operations, Administration, and Payroll coordination .
This position will partner closely with business leaders to build a high-performing, people-first organization in a fast-growing startup environment.
Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition- Own end-to-end recruitment across functions (Tech, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Corporate roles).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, capabilities needed, and hiring timelines.
- Manage sourcing strategies, screening, interviews, offer rollouts, and candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and employer brand.
- Track and report hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and quality of hire.
- Drive seamless onboarding for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes: confirmations, role changes, exits, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and employee data.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to strengthen culture, morale, and retention.
- Run feedback mechanisms (surveys, check-ins, pulse surveys) and propose actionable improvement plans.
- Support performance review cycles, goal setting, and employee development initiatives.
- Act as a trusted HR partner to leadership and people managers.
- Coach managers on people issues, performance management, and team effectiveness.
- Support organizational planning, workforce strategy, and talent development.
- Manage and coordinate with HR-related vendors (recruitment agencies, payroll vendors, insurance providers, consultants, etc.).
- Ensure service quality, timely renewals, compliance, and cost efficiency.
- Oversee HR operations, policies, and administrative processes.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage office-related HR administration in coordination with admin teams.
- Coordinate with Finance and payroll vendors to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Support salary revisions, incentives, and employee queries related to payroll.

- Payroll accuracy and timeliness (supporting)
- 35 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Operations .
- Experience in startups or high-growth environments preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Hands-on, solution-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Working knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
