Sobtis Group is hiring a hands-on HR Manager to manage and stabilise HR operations across its group businesses. This is a group-level execution role with direct exposure to promoters and clear growth potential as the organisation expands.

• End-to-end recruitment for teaching, non-teaching, hospitality, and support staff
• Implementation and upkeep of HR policies, SOPs, attendance, and leave systems
• Managing appraisal cycles, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance
• Employee onboarding, exits, documentation, and discipline processes
• Supporting employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
• Acting as the primary HR point of contact for unit heads and management
  

• 610 years of hands-on HR experience (generalist profile preferred)
• MBA / PG in HR or equivalent qualification
• Experience in education, hospitality, real estate, or multi-unit organisations preferred
• Comfortable working closely with promoters in a practical, execution-driven environment
• Willingness to work full-time, on-site in Bareilly
  

CTC: 68 LPA (depending on experience and role fit)
