About the Role
The Manager HR will oversee payroll management and ensure compliance with statutory regulations, playing a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our payroll processes.
Responsibilities
- 8+ years of experience in payroll management and statutory compliance (preferably in tech/IT/SaaS companies)
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory regulations
- Hands-on experience with payroll software (SAP, ADP, Zoho, Darwinbox, Spine, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
- Experience with HRIS implementation and automation projects
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Audit and vendor management experience
