Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur for a Human Resources Manager. The role involves managing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. The manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and policies, facilitating training sessions, overseeing payroll processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
• Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive work culture
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
• Strong organizational, leadership, and performance management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office tools
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant experience in the automotive industry is preferred
