Job Title: HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR functions, ensuring smooth HR operations, and providing support in various human resources activities including recruitment, employee engagement, training, and compliance.
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop job descriptions and specifications for open positions.
- Conduct employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance the work culture.
- Organize team-building activities and HR events.
- Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process, including the design and implementation of performance management systems.
- Assist managers in identifying training and development needs for their teams.
- Coordinate training programs and workshops to promote skill development.
- HR Policies & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
- Review and update HR policies to align with best practices and legal requirements.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll.
- Handle employee benefits programs, including health insurance and leave management.
- Provide support in managing compensation and reward programs.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
- Skills:
