Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in MIDC Waluj, Aurangabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labour regulations. This role also involves performance and shift management, employee development, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with organisational goals. Effective collaboration with leadership and other departments is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Workplace Mediation
• Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding processes
• Knowledge of Compliance, Labour Laws, and HR Policies
• Skills in Performance Management, Employee Development, and Leadership Training
• Experience in payroll management, employee advances, grievance handling, and statutory compliances, including ESIC and PF
• Ability to coordinate and support ISO audits and management reviews
• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
• Strong communication, organisational, and decision-making skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus

Salary

24,000 CTC monthly
