Position Overview

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the complete Human Resources function and partnering with senior leadership to support the organizations strategic objectives. The role requires ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, driving talent management initiatives, and maintaining organizational compliance and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
• Manage performance management systems , employee evaluations, and feedback mechanisms
• Administer payroll, compensation, and employee benefits in compliance with statutory requirements
• Develop, implement, and continuously review HR policies, procedures, and programs
• Advise and support management on HR matters and best practices
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations
• Drive employee engagement and organizational development initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Proven expertise in talent acquisition and workforce planning
• Strong experience in training and guiding managers and employees
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
• High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
