Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruiting, training, policy implementation, and employee relations. Day-to-day tasks include managing the recruitment process, conducting performance reviews, handling disciplinary actions, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

• 10+ Years of experience required
• Master's Degree
• Human Resources Management, Knowledge of HR principles, and HR policies implementation
• Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding
• Training and Development, Performance Management, and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
