Human Resources Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Bhopal. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and Payroll Processing. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies and strategies to support organizational goals, handling conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also oversee payroll, benefits administration, and ensure adherence to organizational standards.

Salary : - 35k to 50k

• Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention
• Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
• Proficiency in HR policies and implementation
• Maintain employee records & HR documentation.
• Knowledge of payroll management and benefits administration
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and team management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
