Human Resources Manager

Presidency University invites applications for the position of HR Operations Manager to join our growing Human Resources team.

We are looking for a professional who can lead HR operational excellence, streamline systems, and ensure compliance contributing to a people-first culture and a high-performing institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the HRMS for seamless employee lifecycle management.
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, payroll, attendance, leave, and employee records.
• Ensure statutory compliance with all labour laws, university regulations, and audit requirements.
• Drive process improvements for better efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Masters degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

810 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in academia or large organizations.

Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms and strong understanding of labour law compliance .

Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
