Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR policies to support business objectives and create a positive work environment.
Key Responsibility:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
2. Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure fair and consistent implementation of HR policies.
3. Performance Management
- Develop and implement performance management systems.
- Conduct performance reviews and support managers in employee development.
- Identify training and development needs.
4. HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
5. Compensation & Benefits
- Manage payroll coordination and benefits administration.
- Conduct market research for competitive compensation structures.
- Assist in budgeting and workforce planning.
6. Training & Development
- Identify skill gaps and organize training programs.
- Facilitate leadership development and employee growth initiatives.
7. HR Operations
- Maintain HR metrics and reports.
- Manage HR systems and documentation.
- Support organizational development and change management initiatives.
Required Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 58 years of HR experience, preferably with managerial responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Masters degree in HR or MBA (HR).
- HR certification (SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent).
- Experience with HRIS systems.
