Role Overview

We are seeking an HR professional with a strong entrepreneurial and business mindset. The role involves

managing end-to-end recruitment while also contributing to incentive planning, ESOP understanding, and

organizational structure design in a fast-growing startup environment.

Experience Required: Minimum 2+ Years (Sales-driven organizations preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Hiring

- End-to-end recruitment for Sales, CRM, Operations & Support roles

- Bulk and lateral hiring for revenue-focused teams

- Candidate sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals & WhatsApp hiring

- Interview coordination with founders and leadership

- Maintaining recruitment trackers, MIS & hiring dashboards

Incentives, Performance & Structure

- Planning and managing sales incentive structures and performance-linked pay

- Understanding target mapping, payout slabs & variable plans

- Supporting management in company hierarchy and organization structure planning

- Basic working knowledge of ESOPs, equity-based rewards & long-term retention plans

HR Operations & Process Building

- Employee onboarding, HR documentation & compliance

- Attendance management and payroll coordination

- Drafting and implementing HR policies

- Building scalable HR processes for a growing startup

- Acting as a strong bridge between employees and management

- Business-oriented thinking beyond routine HR tasks
