Exposure torecruitment, performance management, incentive planning, ESOP understanding, and HR operations in a growth-stage company

Professional network / contacts for candidate sourcing is a plus

Entrepreneurial mindset , ownership attitude, and willingness to go beyond routine HR tasks

• End-to-endrecruitment for Sales, CRM, Operations & Support roles
• Bulk and lateral hiring forrevenue-focused teams
• Candidate sourcing throughprofessional networks, referrals, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp hiring
• Coordinating interviews withfounders and leadership
• Maintainingrecruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring dashboards
• Supportingsales incentive planning, ESOP understanding, and organizational structure design
• Employee onboarding, HR documentation, compliance, and buildingscalable HR processes
• Acting as abridge between employees and management to ensure smooth HR operations
