Job Description

Are you passionate about finding top talent in the creative, influencer marketing, and digital media space ? Were seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and drive end-to-end recruitment


What Youll Do:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent across multiple functions.
  • Use LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct headhunting to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Optimize recruitment processes to reduce time-to-hire and improve quality of hire.
  • Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives


What Were Looking For:

  • 8 to 10 years of experience as a recruiter in digital media agencies .
  • Proven success hiring for brand solutions, business development, creative, social media, etc
  • Strong understanding of agency functions: influencer marketing, sales, creative, and strategy.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.


Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
