We are looking for a responsible and organized HR & Operations Executive who can manage recruitment, employee coordination, and daily office operations smoothly.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Lucknow.

• Only candidates currently staying in Lucknow should apply.

• Assisting in recruitment & interview scheduling
• Resume screening & candidate coordination
• Onboarding & documentation
• Attendance & leave record maintenance
• Employee engagement activities
• Maintaining HR records & policies

• Managing daily office coordination
• Vendor & internal team communication
• Basic documentation & reporting
• Supporting management in workflow tracking
• Ensuring smooth internal operations

• Graduate (Any stream)
• MBA (HR) preferred but not mandatory
• Freshers with strong interest in HR & Operations are encouraged to apply
