Human Resources Manager

Summary

We are looking for a hands-on and result-driven HR Manager who can independently manage the complete HR lifecyclefrom hiring to exit. The candidate should be process-oriented, people-focused, and capable of handling teams in a fast-growing IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations (Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Performance, Exit)
• Handle employee lifecycle management: joining, engagement, retention, and exit.
• Implement and manage HR policies, SOPs, and compliance
• Oversee attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Drive performance management systems (PMS) and appraisal cycles
• Maintain accurate HR data using HRMS
• Act as a people partner for management and teams
• Build and manage the HR team independently

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of HR processes & labor laws
• Hands-on experience with HRMS tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to handle teams independently
• Experience in IT company environment
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant qualification
• Experience in startup or growing IT company
