Job Description


Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of Human Resources operations at our Delhi location. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Talent Acquisition & Recruitment, along with comprehensive knowledge of HR Compliance, Statutory Regulations, and Labour Laws applicable in India. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the Solar / Renewable Energy industry, who can effectively support workforce planning and HR operational excellence in a fast-paced project-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Lead end-to-end recruitment cycle including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, particularly for technical and project-based roles within the Solar/Renewable sector.

Manage stakeholder expectations by partnering with hiring managers to understand business requirements.

Build talent pipelines for critical roles and future workforce requirements.

Coordinate with recruitment agencies and job portals for timely hiring.

Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with organizational goals and compliance standards.


HR Compliance & Regulatory Management

Ensure compliance with all applicable Labour Laws and Statutory Regulations such as Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, and Contract Labour Act.

Maintain statutory records and documentation in accordance with government regulations.

Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and consultants on HR compliance matters.

Monitor adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal standards.


HR Operations

Oversee employee lifecycle management including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits.

Manage payroll inputs, leave records, attendance, and employee documentation.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.

Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in line with company policies.

Facilitate training and development programs where required.


Reporting & MIS

Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.

Maintain HR databases and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Track recruitment metrics and compliance status periodically.


Qualification & Experience

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

610 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and Compliance.

Prior experience in the Solar / Renewable Energy industry is highly preferred.

Sound knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and statutory compliances.

Experience in managing recruitment for technical and project-based roles.
