Job Description

Experience as an HR in a Facility Management Company is highly preferred


We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Professional to manage recruitments and HR operations in our Facility Management Vertical. The ideal candidate must have prior HR experience in the Facility Management Sector, with strong knowledge of workforce management, compliance, and employee engagement in a service-driven environment.


Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for facility staff viz. Housekeeping / Food and Beverages etc , technical teams, and support functions.
  • Develop talent pipelines for housekeeping, security, maintenance, and administrative roles.
  • Conduct interviews, onboarding, and induction programs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and grievances and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Knowledge in statutory compliances viz PF / PT/ ESI etc
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with operations managers to align HR practices with client requirements.
  • Monitor workforce deployment and optimize manpower utilization.
  • Process payroll based on the attendance.
  • Oversee the leave management systems and other requisite policies
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.


Qualifications


  • Master's degree in HR with relevant experience
  • 5+ years' experience in Human Resources especially in an Integrated Facilities Company
  • Strong recruiting networks for the blue collared recruitments
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage a large, diverse workforce across multiple sites.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office applications.
