About the Role
Were looking for an experienced HR Manager who understands the pulse of the hospitality industry, someone who can balance people, processes, and culture while helping us build and retain a motivated workforce.
Key Responsibilities-
Handle end-to-end HR operations across all brands and outlets
Lead recruitment for both corporate and restaurant teams
Drive training, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives
Manage payroll, attendance, and compliance processes
Develop and implement HR policies that align with company goals
Foster a healthy, positive, and productive work environment
What Were Looking For-
47 years of experience in HR, preferably in hospitality or F&B
Strong understanding of manpower planning and staff retention
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A people-first approach combined with strong organizational discipline
