Human Resources Manager

MHK Media is expanding its on-ground operations in West Delhi and is looking for a hands-on HR professional to lead hiring and team expansion.

This role is strictly on-site and focused primarily on recruiting Facebook Media Buyers with RSOC / Search Arbitrage experience, along with supporting roles as the company scales.

• End-to-end hiring of:
• Facebook Media Buyers (RSOC / Search Arbitrage)
• Performance marketing & operations roles (as we scale)
• Source candidates via:
• LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, Telegram, job portals
• Screen candidates for real performance experience (stats, budgets, results)
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and joining timelines
• Ensure on-site attendance, punctuality, and discipline
• Support team growth as MHK Media scales rapidly

• Strong hiring / recruitment experience (performance marketing preferred)
• Ability to identify actual operators, not just CVs
• Experience with volume hiring & fast-growing teams
• Highly organized, punctual, and execution-focused
• Comfortable working in a startup / performance-driven environment
• Must work full-time on-site in West Delhi

20,000 50,000 per month

(Depending on experience, hiring speed, and quality of candidates)
