Job Description
Looking for a proactive HR professional with 2-6 years of experience, having caliber of taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment, payroll, employee records, and overall HR operations for our growing organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely under the guidance of the HR Head, following instructions and assisting with various tasks as required.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
- Collaborate with management to understand business needs and develop effective strategies accordingly.
- Calculate and process employees' payroll, ensuring accuracy and punctuality.
- Monitor and manage staff holidays and leave requests to ensure accurate records of available time off.
- Ensure that company policies are being followed without any lag.
- Support the performance management process, assisting in tracking and documenting employee performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of employee records, including personal information and employment history.
- Maintain and manage information in databases in a structured form, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with internal and external communications on behalf of the Head of HR.
Qualifications Required:
- 2-6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources (minimum 1 year in team lead or managerial role).
- Must have handled all the administrative tasks of companies having 50-100 employees.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach.
- A basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proactive approach to work, taking the initiative to improve processes and contribute ideas.
