Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Akola for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, manage employee relations, and develop HR policies in alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include performance management, talent development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The manager will also contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
