Key Responsibilities


1. Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, technical, and support roles.
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies and manage candidate pipelines.
  • Develop job descriptions and structured hiring processes.
  • Ensure timely hiring aligned with business growth plans.

2. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.

3. Performance Management

  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Work with department heads to define KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Monitor employee performance and support improvement plans.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Drive initiatives to build a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and team-building programs.
  • Address employee concerns and support conflict resolution.

5. HR Operations

  • Manage payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance systems.
  • Oversee onboarding and employee induction processes.
  • Ensure smooth HR administrative operations.

6. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs across teams.
  • Implement learning and development initiatives.
  • Support leadership development and skill enhancement programs.

7. Organizational Development

  • Support management in building an efficient organizational structure.
  • Help create career paths and succession planning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources / Business Administration
  • Minimum 5-6 years of HR experience
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build systems and processes in a growing organization
