Human Resources Manager

Kayla Apps & AI is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and develop our HR operations as we scale our growing technology company. This role requires a strategic HR professional who can build structured HR systems, manage recruitment, and create a positive workplace culture.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kozhikode, Kerala.

• Manage the complete recruitment and onboarding process to attract top talent.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and compliance systems.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace culture development.
• Manage performance appraisal systems, KPI tracking, and employee development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and internal communication systems.
• Support management in organizational development and team growth planning.
• Coordinate with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, recruitment strategies, and employee management.
• Experience in building HR systems and processes in growing organizations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.
• Experience in IT or technology companies is an added advantage.
