Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Manager. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our employees and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including but not limited to -
1. employee relations
2. recruitment
3. onboarding
4. benefits administration
5. Salary and PayRol
6. Attendance and Leave.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for creating a great employee experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
2. Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and legal compliance. Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts.
3. Performance Management: Administer performance review process, support managers in providing constructive feedback, and identify training and development needs.
4. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
5. HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. Maintain accurate employee records.
6. Onboarding: Develop and deliver onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the company culture.
7. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
8. HRIS: Maintain and update HR information systems (HRIS).
9. Policy Development: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
10. Employee Engagement: Contribute to initiatives that foster a positive and engaging work environment.
