Profile Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager with 12+ years of experience to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations. The role requires strong people leadership, strategic HR expertise, and hands-on execution across the entire employee lifecycle. The incumbent will act as a trusted partner to leadership, ensure statutory compliance, and drive organizational culture and performance.

Key Responsibilities: -
Strategic HR Leadership-
- Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead organizational development, change management, and culture-building initiatives
- Act as a key advisor to management on HR policies, people matters, and workforce planning.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team across recruitment, HR operations, payroll, and employee relations
- Allocate responsibilities, set KPIs, and ensure team performance and delivery
- Build a high-performing HR function with clear processes and accountability
End-to-End HR Operations
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance management, and exit processes
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and process adherence
- Implement and manage HRMS and automation initiatives
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Drive manpower planning and oversee end-to-end recruitment for all levels
- Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and talent strategy
- Ensure strong employer branding and candidate experience
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and investigations
- Oversee performance appraisal cycles, promotions, and career progression frameworks
- Ensure fair, transparent, and consistent people practices
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll
- Design, manage, and optimize compensation and benefits structures
- Oversee payroll processing, incentives, and annual increment cycles
- Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure internal parity
Statutory Compliance & Policy Governance
- Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and audits
- Handle labor authorities, inspections, and legal matters
- Draft, review, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
Learning, Development & Succession Planning
- Identify organizational training needs and implement L&D programs
- Drive leadership development and succession planning initiatives
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Provide HR dashboards, MIS, and insights to management
- Track key HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, productivity, and cost
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong people leadership and team management skills
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Proficiency in HRMS, payroll systems, and MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in HR, MBA (HR), or equivalent
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to team handling and leadership
- Strong expertise in end-to-end HR operations and strategic HR
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
