Human Resources Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Blockchain and AI/ML hiring. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment while also handling core HR operations such as salary processing, attendance management, and employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Blockchain, AI/ML, and other technical roles
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical rounds
• Maintain candidate pipelines and hiring trackers
• Ensure timely closure of open positions

HR Operations

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Manage attendance, leave records, and timesheets
• Coordinate with accounts/finance for salary disbursement
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Employee Management

• Support onboarding and induction of new hires
• Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
• Ensure adherence to company HR policies and processes
• Assist in employee engagement and internal communication initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Manager
• Proven experience in Blockchain and AI/ML hiring
• Good understanding of payroll processing and attendance management
• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a tech-driven or startup environment
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and HRMS tools
