Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage HR functions, including talent recruitment, employee relations, benefit administration, and training programs. The HR Manager will dvelop strategies for workforce development and ensure the organization effectively meets its employee engagement and retention goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition practices
• Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational behavior
• Experience in benefits and compensation management
• Skills in training and development program design and implementation
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in strategic HR planning and policy development
• Proficiency with HR management software and tools
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
• Must know Kannada and English
