Position Overview

We are hiring a Human Resources Manager to lead all people-related activities for its India operations. The role covers HR strategy, employee relations, recruitment support, performance management, compensation, and compliance with Indian labour laws, while aligning with HR standards.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have:

• 7+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years as HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance.
• Experience in a technology/IT or multinational setting.
• Hands-on exposure to HR operations, performance management, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
