Job Description

HR & Recruitment Manager Build People & Culture for a Fintech

On-site | Noida

At GoPaisa , we started as one of Indias early cashback and performance marketing platforms. Now we are entering our next growth phase pivoting into the payments and fintech ecosystem , building regulated financial products alongside our digital commerce business.

This is not a maintenance HR role. This is a build-from-here role.

We are looking for an HR Manager who can help us scale teams, bring structure, and build a high-performance culture while we transition into a fintech + technology-driven organisation .


What Youll Be Responsible For

Talent & Hiring

  • Lead end-to-end hiring across tech, operations, risk, product, and business roles


  • Recruiting suitable candidates suitable for a fast-growing fintech environment


  • Improve the quality of hires and reduce hiring TAT


People Operations

  • Design and implement HR policies aligned with a scaling startup + regulated business
  • Own payroll, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance


  • Ensure labour law and documentation compliance


Performance & Culture

  • Set up structured performance management and appraisal frameworks


  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives


  • Act as a bridge between founders, managers, and employees


Organisation Building

  • Support org structure planning as we grow our fintech vertical


  • Help define KRAs, role clarity, and team accountability


  • Use HR metrics to drive better decisions (attrition, performance, hiring funnel, etc.)


What Were Looking For
  • Strong experience in recruitment, HR operations, and performance management


  • Hands-on experience with payroll and compliance processes


  • Comfort working in high-growth startup or tech-driven environments


  • Ability to balance people's empathy with process discipline


  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills


  • Experience with HRMS and reporting tools


  • Bachelors degree in HR / Business / related field (Masters preferred)
